📌 How to get your credentials:
1. Open Telegram → search @BotFather
2. Send /newbot and follow the setup
3. Copy your Bot Token
4. Message your bot, then visit:
api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates
to find your Chat ID

⏰ Hourly Reminders — Cron Setup:

Linux / cPanel:
0 * * * * curl -s https://yoursite.com/todo-tele/api/notify.php

Windows Task Scheduler:
Program: php
Arguments: d:\Projects\NEW\WEB\todo-tele\api\notify.php
Trigger: Daily, repeat every 1 hour
